Article 11 – Applicable law and competent court

This Privacy Policy is governed, interpreted and implemented in accordance with Belgian law which is exclusively applicable.
The courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute that might arise from the interpretation or implementation of this Privacy Policy.
In case of inconsistency between the English and French Privacy & Cookie Policy with the Dutch, the Dutch version shall prevail.
